Mommy & Me Fitness with Jennie Lapp

Learn how to play with your child and stay fit!  No fancy equipment - your child is all you need.  These fun, easy activities are for adults & children 6 months (w/strong neck control) up to age 3.  Children age 3+ can join and bring a baby doll to exercise with. Contact lynae@fitnesscouncil.org or 517-990-9798 for more details or to register.
