Holiday DDA Day Shop For A Cause

  • November 17, 2012
  • 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM
  • Downtown Jackson and Blackman Park
The DDA has designated Saturday, November 17, from 11 am to 2 pm as the 2nd annual “Shop Your Community” day to help local nonprofits. Participating downtown merchants donate 10% of their day’s sales to local nonprofits. Holiday shoppers can ask that ten percent of their receipt be donated to one or more of the local nonprofits chosen to participate in the “Shop Your Community” day by the merchants of the DDA. Shoppers and community members can also visit Blackman Park while they are Downtown holiday shopping. Santa, 2 reindeer (new to the event this year!), and Santa's mailbox will be on site. Support your local community this holiday season in more ways than one by participating in DDA Day’s Shop Your Community event. For more information contact Rebecca Rae rrae@cityofjackson.org.
