6th Annual Jackson Family Expo

  "Families Gettin' Fit & Havin' FUN!" is the annual theme. Interactive and entertaining demonstrations on stage in the Fit & Fun Zone! Feed your body and feed your mind with snacks and information: FUN "do-together" educational activities, games and crafts, freebies. PRIZE raffle at 1:00 p.m. - must be present to win. This family event highlights the importance of building strong relationships between parents and children, encourages healthy lifestyle choices, promotes healthy eating and physical fitness for life. Honoring Parenting Awareness Month, Month of the Young Child and Child Abuse Prevention. Sponsored by the Jackson Alliance for Families: Council for the Prevention of Child Abuse & Neglect, Family Service & Children's Aid, Child Care Network, Community Action Agency and the Fitness Council of Jackson.
